What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- Proven project management expertise: Minimum 3+ years as a Team Leader, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in software development projects
- Experience with complex IT projects, involving different technologies and components
- Independent problem-solving and proactive planning abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and fluency in Hungarian
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Lives in Hungary and holds a B-category driver's license
Bonus Skills:
- Basic programming knowledge or technical familiarity
- Project Management Certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or CSM)
- Comfortable in working with hardware components, including Bluetooth technology and E-bike systems
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects from concept to delivery
- Define project scopes, estimate timelines and create task plans with detailed documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development and Testing
- Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track
- Provide status updates to both management and clients
- Collaborate with external hardware teams to ensure smooth integration of software with Bluetooth components and E-bikes
Work Arrangement
Hybrid Work Environment:
At least 3 days per week in the office
Flexible remote work available for the remaining days
