Our Hiring Process
- CV Screening1st Step
After receiving applications, our HR colleague reviews CVs in collaboration with the hiring manager to identify candidates with the right professional experience and potential.
- Phone Screening2nd Step
Selected candidates are contacted for a brief 10–15 minute phone call with our HR colleague to discuss key details such as the role description, location, working arrangements, salary expectations, and potential start date.
- HR Interview3rd Step
After the phone screening, candidates are invited for an in-person interview with our HR colleague to explore their background and fit for the role.
- Technical Interview4th Step
In the second round, candidates meet with the hiring manager or technical lead to discuss their professional experience in more detail.
- Executive Interview5th Step
In the final stage, shortlisted candidates have an informal conversation with the CEO to ensure a good cultural fit and alignment of values.
- Decision and Offer6th Step
Following a joint decision by the management and HR, the selected candidate receives an offer by phone and in writing.
- Feedback7th Step
